The Triad tool is made up of three points. As it relates to trading, two points of the Triad are used to identify the two extreme points of a range in price and time. The two points of the range are then used to plot one side of an equilateral triangle with angles of 60 degrees each. Reversals often take place when the market reaches the extreme right tip of the triangle.
To add the tool to your chart, select the tool from the Geometric tool group, and left-click on the first bar you want to calculate the tool from. Next, left-click on the bar where you want to calculate the tool to. Optuma will then draw the tool using the default settings.

Apply Settings to All: When multiple Triad tools have been applied to a chart, page or workbook, this action can be used to apply the settings of the one selected to other instances of the tool.
