Turning On Cookies for the Optuma Web App

Optuma Web App requires cookies to function correctly. We use cookies to store local settings and maintain your session. Please ensure cookies are enabled for optuma.app.

Why Cookies Are Required

  • Optuma stores local settings and preferences using cookies.
  • Cookies help keep you signed in securely across pages.
  • Without cookies enabled for optuma.app, features may not load and the app may not work.

Google Chrome

  • Open Chrome.
  • Go to More (three dots) > Settings.
  • Select Privacy and security > Third-party cookies.
  • Choose one:
    • Allow third-party cookies; or
    • Keep third-party cookies blocked and add an exception for Optuma:
      • Under Site exceptions or Sites that can always use cookies, select Add, enter [*.]optuma.app, enable “Including third-party cookies on this site”, then Add.
  • Refresh https://optuma.app and try signing in again.

Microsoft Edge

  • Open Edge.
  • Go to Settings and more (three dots) > Settings.
  • Select Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data.
  • Ensure “Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)” is On.
  • If you block third-party cookies, add an exception for Optuma:
    • Under Allow, select Add, enter [*.]optuma.app, then Add.
  • Refresh https://optuma.app and try signing in again.

Mozilla Firefox

  • Open Firefox.
  • Go to Menu (three lines) > Settings.
  • Select Privacy & Security.
  • Under Enhanced Tracking Protection:
    • Choose Standard (recommended); or
    • If Strict or Custom is selected, adjust Cookies to allow cookies (either uncheck Cookies in Custom, or set to only block Cross-site tracking cookies).
  • Scroll to Cookies and Site Data > Manage Exceptions…
    • Ensure optuma.app isn’t blocked; if it is, select it and Remove Website. You can also add an Allow entry for https://optuma.app.
  • Reload your tabs, then refresh https://optuma.app

Safari

  • Open Safari.
  • Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy.
  • Under Cookies and website data:
    • Choose Allow from websites I visit (recommended); or
    • Choose Always allow.
  • Optionally, manage site data:
    • Click Details (or Manage Website Data), search for optuma.app, and remove any blocked entries.
  • Refresh https://optuma.app and try signing in again.

Opera

  • Open Opera.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Click Advanced (left sidebar) > Privacy & security.
  • Under Privacy and security, click Site settings > Cookies and site data.
  • Turn on “Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)”.
  • If you block third-party cookies, add an exception for Optuma:
    • Under Allow, select Add, enter [*.]optuma.app, then Add.
  • Refresh https://optuma.app and try signing in again.

  • Open Brave.
  • Tap Menu (three dots) > Settings.
