Optuma Unresponsive after Login

After logging in to Optuma none of the menus respond to mouse clicks. Workbooks may open via the Most Recently used list but clicking on page tabs, properties panel items, etc have no effect.


You may have High Contrast mode enabled in your Windows settings. For some video cards, when High Contrast mode is enabled graphics related issues can occur which have an effect on Optuma.


You should turn High Contrast mode off:

  1. Select the Windows Start button.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Ease of Access.
  4. Select High contrast.
  5. To turn off high contrast mode, switch off the toggle under Turn on high contrast.
    6. Restart the PC

This should resolve the problem if not you may also need to update your video card drivers.
