Market Analyst 7 Stuck on Loading Exchanges

When trying to open MA7, login screen gets stuck on loading exchanges.


If standard items like firewalls have been ruled out, check to see if the client has any active data subs with us. If they do not, that maybe the issue. MA7 has a problem where if there are no exchanges only 3rd party items, it will get stuck logging in.


Temporarily enable Trader Services with FX data. This will download some history and exchange information. Once they have logged in successfully, remove the data from their account and get them to restart, they should be able to continue logging in after that.
