I’ve lost my password!
Because your login details are encrypted, Optuma staff do not know your password so are unable to tell you what it is.
To create a new password, click the Reset Password link on the login screen:
Enter your registered email address and an email will be sent with a link to reset your password - please check your spam folder if you did not receive it.
You can also reset your password on the website:
An email will be sent with a link - click the link and enter your new password.
