Diagnostic Report

If Optuma is not running correctly on your system, e.g. display anomalies such as fuzzy graphics, black screen, etc, our support team will require a diagnostic report from your system so we can investigate further.

It is possible to submit a diagnostic report directly from the Help menu. This will provide detailed information about your system’s hardware and Windows component configuration. This information can be very helpful when troubleshooting technical issues related to the Optuma program.

Sending the Diagnostic

If you are requested by our Support Team to send us a diagnostic report in Optuma, go to the Help menu and then select Submit Diagnostics.

This will then automatically submit a diagnostic report such as the following extract that our support team can access via your client record.
