Remote Support: TeamViewer For Windows If you are requested to instigate a remote support session with an Optuma technician, please follow the below procedure. 1. You will need to download the **Quick Support** module by clicking [here]( 2. Once installed, run the **Team Viewer Quick Support** program, the following window will then display. ![](../../images/OptReam.png) 3. **Quick Support** will display your personal Team Viewer identification number. Please note that the Session Code displayed in the above image is only an example. 4. When requested you will need to provide **Your ID** to the Optuma technician to instigate the remote support session.
