Optuma has sent me an email, but it's not here?

By Optuma Team · Updated 2017-05-10

It is possible that the emails sent to you from Optuma are automatically routed to your Spam or Junk folder instead of your Inbox.

The solution is to move the email from the Spam/Junk folder to your Inbox. The procedure to do this is provided below for Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook (Hotmail).

You will notice that the Spam folder has mail, left clicking on the Spam folder will display the contents and the Optuma mail that was received.

Gmail will allow you to tag the email as valid. This process will also ensure that any future emails sent to you from Optuma are displayed in your Inbox automatically. To do this:

  1. Tick the checkbox on the left-hand side of the email.

  2. Locate the Not Spam button above the email and left click it once.

  3. The selected email will be automatically removed to your Inbox.
