Optuma does not open Maximised

Overview

Optuma does not open maximised, or does not fill the entire screen when maximised.

Cause

This issue was introduced into Windows 10 via an update that was released in April 2018.

Solution

Other than to manually click the maximize button, there is no available workaround at this time. We have investigated ways of bypassing the issue in Optuma’s code but have not been successful. As this issue is affecting several programs (any program that doesn’t use the default Windows title bar) we expect Microsoft will release a fix for this problem in a future update.
