Display issues - Disable Visual Themes

EXPLANATION

For various display issues on systems running older operating systems and graphics cards, it’s possible to disable Windows visual themes in an attempt to improve display performance.

SOLUTION

1. Close Optuma.

2. Using My Computer go to the following folder:

C:\ProgramFiles\Optuma

*Note: If you have a 32-bit operating system or running Market Analyst 8 then you will need to look in the ProgramFiles(x86) folder*
3. Locate the file named Optuma.exe and right-click it once.

4. In the menu displayed, left-click the Properties option.

5. In the window that opens, left-click the Compatibility tab.

6. Locate the option Disable visual themes and uncheck the checkbox.

7. Click the Apply button, then click OK.
