Windows S Mode Blocking Installation

Overview

When attempting to download the setup file for Optuma, Windows S mode blocks the application from installing.

Solution

Windows S Mode is a locked down version of the Operating System, with limited access to only to applications via the Microsoft Store. Anything outside of the MS Store will be blocked.

Windows S mode can be turned off, however once this is done it can never be re-enabled. If you want to run Optuma on this system S mode must be disabled.
