Why are some Circle tools drawing incorrectly?
The Circle and Concentric Circle tools are drawn using the chart’s time/price ratio, whereas the Geometric Circle tool will draw an exact circle on your chart.
For the Circle tool to appear as an exact circle the tool’s Price Unit must be the same as the time/price ratio in the bottom-right corner of the chart:
