Can Optuma automatically identify chart patterns?

See the Pattern Matcher tool. Additionally, it is possible to identify Candlestick Patterns (e.g. Dojis, Bullish Engulfing) using the Candlestick Pattern Overlay tool, and also scan using the CANDLESTICKPATTERN() scripting function.
