Once a scan has completed, any codes that have passed the criteria will be displayed in the list / table at the bottom of the Scanning Manager.

Results Window 1

There are a number of things you can do with the codes listed in the results window.

The Export Results button located below the scan results will provide the following options.

The Create New Workbook option allows you to save the codes listed in the table as pages in a workbook. When you select this option you will be prompted to enter a name for the workbook:

Enter a name for the workbook and click the Save button.

*Note: The workbook will be created, and available to access via File - Open Workbooks*

The Add to Current Workbook option allows you to open the codes listed in the table. The codes are added alongside any existing charts that you may already have open.

The Open Results As provides the option of option of displaying the results as a chart using an existing template or page layout and depending on your version and available add-ons the following options will be available: RRG, Watchlist, Watchtiles, Relative Comparison Chart, Spread Chart, Market Intelligence Chart or saved as a Manual List.

This means that if the results are opened in a Watchlist for example and that was then saved as part of a workbook, when that workbook is opened the next day the watchlist will run the scan and the list will automatically update. (Note: to remove the link to the scan and have the list remain static you can untick the Linked to List box in the Watchlist properties).

Results Window 4

The Export to CSV option allows you to save the codes listed in the table as a CSV file. CSV files can be opened in programs such as Notepad, or MS Excel.

When you click the Export to CSV option you will be prompted to enter a name for the CSV file:
