View Page Thumbnails

By Optuma Team · Updated 2017-03-17

The thumbnail View Pages feature in Optuma is a quick way to scroll through a number of pages within a workbook.

View Pages provides a thumbnail image of each page that is within the workbook. This allows you to quickly identify and open the page that you seeking. Note that if a page tab has been assigned a new colour then this will be highlighted around the chart’s thumbnail.

To open the thumbnail View Pages screen, go to the Page Control icons on the far right-hand side, and left-click the View Pages button:

The View Pages screen will open showing thumbnails of each screen. As you mouse over each image it becomes magnified allowing you see the chart detail more clearly.

If you have a large workbook then it is possible that the thumbnail images will be displayed over more than one page. Use the slider bar on the right of the screen to scroll up or down to view any additional thumbnail images. Alternatively, you can use the mouse wheel to scroll up and down.

To open a chart left-click on the selected image once.
