Watchlist Script Loading

Overview

When a watchlist includes a large number of script columns it can take awhile to complete the loading process.

To speed up the loading times and allow you to continue working in the program while the Watchlist opens scripts are loaded after the primary codes in each row, in a separate thread.

This keeps Optuma responsive during the loading of very large Watchlists with many complex script columns.

This loading style is optional and can be enabled via the following general setting:

Settings > Workspace > Charts > Process Watchlist Columns in Background
