Watchlist Offline Mode

Overview

There are times when you have a large watchlist opened and you want to pause data updates. From Optuma 2.1 and later the Watchlist properties now include an Offline mode.

Offline Mode

In offline mode the data will remain static, and will not update even if linked to a live data source.

This can be particularly useful if the Watchlist contains a lot of codes, and you do not need the list to update with every new close at that time. You can work with and edit the Watchlist faster in offline mode, then re-enable updates when ready.

To enable / disable Offline mode in a Watchlist, go to the Properties panel and toggle the Offline Mode checkbox.
