Clients with an Enterprise Services subscription can automatically send data calculated in a watchlist to Excel. If the watchlist is linked to a realtime data provider then the Excel file will automatically update as the new data is calculated in the watchlist.

Right-click on the watchlist and select Send To > Excel under Actions:
